JACKSON HOUSING COMMISSION ON THE ADOPTION OF THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY PLAN
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS IN THE CITY OF JACKSON
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that The Jackson Housing Commission has made available for public review on 01/27/2014 a draft copy of the Annual Agency Plan per the guidelines of 24 CFR 903, a requirement of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility ACT (QHWRA) of 1998. This document will be available from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., weekdays at the JHC Central Office, 301 Steward Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201-1132 and the Office of each Development to include Chalet Terrace, Shahan Blackstone and Reed Manor. The draft document is available for review for 45 days, from January 27, 2014 to close of business, March 12, 2014. The Commission has scheduled a public hearing from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2014 in the Board Room of the JHC Central Office at 301 Steward Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201-1132 (1st floor). At this time the Commission shall receive and consider any and all comments prior to the finalization of the Annual Plan for submission to HUD March 14, 2014.
